Your price list
The price list is the fundament of our cooperation. With help of your prices on the system the client can generate a detailed and tailored offer with gross and net prices.

What does BAR and Premium mean?
While filling the price list you always need to enter two rates (BAR & Premium):
BAR = these rates are for the open version, which is accessible for all companies (except Premium clients). Here you enter your regular prices (= BAR (best available rate); same as direct bookings) and conditions (for example cancellation policies).
Premium = with our premium version major companies with a high demand book their events. They expect a price-advantage of 10% on the BAR (best available rate). Furthermore these clients have special cancellation policies. Here you can find information. (Log in to read the terms and conditions.)
- Delegate package single room: 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 1 dinner, conference room and room for single use incl. breakfast
- Delegate package double room: 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 1 dinner, conference room and room for double use incl. breakfast per person
- Delegate package (for guests without accommodation): 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 1 conference room
- Delegate package (day of departure): 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, conference room
- Accommodation single room: Price per person in a single room, breakfast
- Accommodation double room: Price per person in a double room, breakfast
- Lunch/Dinner: 3-couse menu or buffet, no beverages
- Welcome coffee: tea, coffee (no snacks) (not included in the package)
- Drinks with meals: 1 beverage per person (options: 0,25l non alcoholic drink, 0,5l non alcoholic drink with water, 0,33l beer, or 1/8l wine) (not included in the package)
- Seminar drinks: 1 beverage per person in the meeting room (not included in the package)
- All-inclusive beverages: drinks (water and juice) in the conference room as well as for lunch and dinner. Beverages can be also big bottles. The price is charged per unit (Conference room morning, Lunch, Conference room afternoon, dinner → 4 units = 1 day). Please enter only the price for one unit, the system will multiply automatically.
- Conference room half-day: discount per person for the use of the conference room for only a half day instead of a whole day
- Technique: The price for the technique has to be entered per day. Please enter under “free” the number of pieces included without charge. Furthermore you should enter a price everywhere in order to avoid costs in case the client wants to order more pieces of an item than you own and therefore need to rent it on your own.
- Break-out-room: additional room for group work
- Conference room: main room of the conference
- If this room is included in the delegate package you can enter “0” at “free” and “0,00” for the price.
- “free” stands here for the minimum of participants. You can find more information under “i” at the price list. If you enter for example “10” the price will be charged only in case less then 10 participants are scheduled. If there are more than 10 participants the conference room is free of charge or rather included in the delegate package.
- If you always want to charge an additional rent for the conference room please enter “0” at “free” and the price next to it.
How can I create a new price list?
1. Log in: https://www.seminargo.com/login#!register and prepare your ITANs (you find them at your account). Here you find more information for your first log in.
Please note that you can only generate a tokencard with ITANs, when you are logged in with your personal mail-address. If you are logged in with a link of a reminder or as a guest it is not possible to generate.
Press the 7-diget-number in order to open your ITAN-list. You find the list always at this place. You need it in order to generate the price lists and to activate invoices. As soon as you have used all your codes the system will indicate to generate a new list.
2. Click in your master data on the tab prices. (Up in the middle)
3. Compile a new price list by using “new price list“. If you did not calculate the exact rates of tax so far we recommend doing this with our excel-sheet (AT / DE).
Afterwards you can transfer all the prices to our system.
4. If you already have prices on seminargo.com you can duplicate them, which means you only have to change some prices (if needed) for a new offer. You can make as many price lists as you want (for example for seasons or special requests).
The new price list will automatically follow the period of validity of the old one. You are in the new price list (copy) if you see “(1)” in the name if the price list and on the basis of the date, which is after the original price list.
5. Enter the desired date of validity. Please pay attention that you do not have two or more price lists for the same period of time. Take a look at your price list-summary first.
6. Follow the link in order to see what’s included in the packages in detail. Please recognise that the price list can be saved only if you enter at least the gross price. We recommend entering prices for all the services as the clients can book everything online and if you do not enter any price you cannot charge the client later.
7. Here you can find the entire information of the rates of taxation in Austria. Please be informed that we do not take any liability for correctness and completeness of this content.
8. In order to activate the price list place three check marks and enter your iTAN. Click on save. Please pay attention: Hotels which are not partners are not allowed to enter premium rates.
