Overflows are inquiries or bookings you don’t have availability for in your hotel.

 

You will be confronted with the following situation:

The client has demand and you can’t offer the requested capacities and aren’t able to help. So the clients have to search for alternative hotels on their own. He could book the event at one of your biggest competitors!

In order that this won’t happen, we offer our preferred partners to send the overflows to us seminargo.com.

In return, we will send it primarily to one of our preferred partners – like you.

 

How does it work in practice?

Never tell your client that you don’t have free capacities. Even though you are fully booked or don’t have enough capacities.
Tell the client that you will have a closer look and you will contact him or her as soon as possible. After this you send the inquiry to seminargo.com (maximum after one hour) and one of our employees will contact the guest within 2 hours as your hotel’s customer office.

We inform the client that there is definitely no capacity at the requested period and offer to search for another hotel. If the client books the conference or event with seminargo.com you benefit as well.

  •     The client will make other inquiries at your hotel and knows that he will find something.

 

Advantages for hotels:

  •     You offer an additional service for the client, as you help him finding a new hotel. The clients will send other inquiries to you, as they know that you help finding the perfect location (Statistics say: After a client got 3 refusals, he doesn’t contact the hotel anymore. They think the hotel is fully booked anyway.)
  •     Increase of customer loyalty
  •     We try to send overflows primarily to preferred partner hotels
  •     Your advantages after a successful booking:
    •     Partners of seminargo earn 20% of the commission
    •     Friends of seminargo earn 50% of the commission and get an increase of their turnover allowance.
  •     The overflow calculation is quarterly according to the date of the event.


Rules:

  •     If the client sends the inquiry to different hotels, we credit the Overflow to the hotel, which sends it first.
  •     An overflow can be only accepted in written form (mail or fax)
  •     Inquiries from travel agencies are not accepted
  •     Claim of commission after a successful booking
