How does the client book via the seminargo booking system?
Here you have to distinguish between Business Agent and Premium clients. In your dashboard, you can see what type of request it is : "O" (=Business Agency/Open Version) or "P" (=Premium).
Business Agency Requests (Open Version):
The contract is between the customer and the hotel, the invoice is paid directly by the customer.
Premium requests:
The contract is between the customer and the hotel, seminargo is the service provider between them. The invoice is issued by seminargo to the customer on behalf of the hotel. seminargo pays the hotel.
